• Oversee business operations for all our projects, maximizing profitability while nurturing a culture of personal and professional growth.
• Manage resourcing for all disciplines at Designit TLV, striving to find the best match between peoples’ skills and passions.
• Control the revenue forecasting by being involved in all ongoing and future projects, understanding how each action affects our bottom line.
• Support, coach and act as partner to the project managers, to constantly challenge us to be better at how we do our work.
• Be an integral part of the growth team supporting sales processes from a people and ops perspective
• Work very closely with the Director of Finance, Office Manager, Team Managers (Design and Business Design), People Partner and Managing Director to support and challenge them.

We would like you to be…

• A skilled operation professional with 3+ years experience, preferably in the creative/consultancy industry, with a relevant education within Business.
• Extremely attentive to details, and experienced in project management
• Someone who has a way with numbers and understands how sales, resourcing and project management help grow our business.
• An exceptional communicator who's able to express opinions clearly – and an even better listener who has a talent for building relationships with colleagues
• Someone with a ’my door is always open’ attitude, who absolutely, fundamentally believes that we’re better together
• Fluent in English and Hebrew – other languages are a bonus!
