Ripples is headquartered in Petach Tikva, Israel, with offices in the US, Netherland and Japan, servicing customers in over 30 countries worldwide.

You will be responsible for:

Sales operations play a key administrative role in supporting the sales team and provide an important link between the salesperson and the client.

Reporting to Sales Operations manager, processing all sales-related transactions.

Specific responsibilities include dealing with quotes, sales orders and invoice, and all other sales related transaction in the ERP.

Excellent customer service skills and be good organizers.

Main responsibilities

·       Point of contact for customers

·       Maintaining data base records

·       Raising Invoices, sales orders and quotations

·       Answering sales team queries and Support the Sales and Marketing users with all ERP related requests.

·       New users training and implementing new procedures.

·       Monitoring ongoing orders and payments.

·       Enforce Sales procedures

·       Work closely with Finance team on revenue recognition and related transactions.
