Legal and Marketing Assistant (Student Position)

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated student with at least two years of law school remaining who will play a crucial role in our organization. This unique opportunity will offer a blend of legal and administrative responsibilities, allowing you to gain hands-on experience in both legal aspects of real estate and marketing. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our legal and marketing teams, gaining valuable insights and practical skills in these areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Legal Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting legal research and analysis related to real estate transactions and contracts.
• Support the preparation and review of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and lease documentation.
• Help ensure legal compliance and adherence to relevant regulations and laws in the real estate industry.
• Assist in managing and organizing legal documentation and records.

Marketing and Content Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing marketing strategies to promote our real estate properties and services.
• Contribute to the creation of engaging and informative written content, such as blog posts, articles, and promotional materials.
• Assist in tracking and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Administrative Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and handling correspondence.
• Assist in maintaining organized files and records for efficient document retrieval.
• Help with other day-to-day administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a law school program with a minimum of two years of studies remaining.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A genuine interest in real estate and marketing.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic knowledge of marketing concepts is a plus.
