Your mission

We're currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team, overseeing projects, and ensuring their successful execution.

The ideal candidate should possess a high level of organization skills, a data-driven approach, and substantial experience in project management tracking.

This role requires self-management, the ability to lead without formal authority, and a broad perspective on problem-solving. The candidate should be adaptable to changes and capable of working effectively under pressure. Assertiveness, teamwork, coaching, and leadership skills are essential.

As a Project Manager at Sungrow, your mission is pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of diverse projects while aligning with our organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• On going working routine with clients, monitoring the progress of each project.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Coordinate internal resources to ensure the seamless execution of multiple projects.
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients and stakeholders.
• Manage project KPI and create/maintain project documentation.
• Ensure project delivery on time, within scope, budget and cost.
• Manage change orders in project scope, schedule, and costs effectively.
• Lead continuous improvements and the development of organizational processes.
  
  

• Super organized with a data-driven perspective and experienced in project management tracking, in large and complex projects.
• Self-management with ability to manage independently.
• Can work in a global multi-cultural and in matrix organization environment.
• Possesses a wide perspective and strong problem-solving skills.
• Flexible and adept at working under pressure.
• Demonstrates assertiveness, teamwork, coaching, and leadership abilities.
• Proficient in PC software (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, MS Project).
• Fluent command of written and spoken Hebrew and English at a C1 level.
