About the Role

We are looking for someone with a bright legal mind and demonstrated analytical skills to join our growing Litigation Success team and help us build a kick-ass Litigation Support practice at Darrow! The ideal candidate is a driven self-starter, who functions well under pressure, has strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve mastery of Darrow’s technological tools and collect evidence appropriate to litigation cases using such tools
• Analyze evidence and assess legal risks
• Conduct in depth legal research
• Create solutions to partners’ problems related to the litigation process
• Contribute to our knowledge database, allowing other team members and partners to learn quickly from previous insights and investigations
• Collect and implement partner feedback to help improve Darrow’s product
• Work cross-functionally with our Legal Data, Sales, and Litigation Success teams to help achieve clients’ desired end goals

Requirements

• An attorney with 1-3 years of litigation experience in a top tier law firm (experience in the US is a big advantage)
• Native English speaker is a must
• Excellent legal research and analytical skills
• Exceptional written communications skills in English
• Great communicator and problem solver
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex issues and adapt to different challenges and changing priorities
• Ability to take responsibility and ownership for an entire project from start to finish
• Curious and eager to learn
