Deep Learning Team Lead

Axon Pulse presents next-generation radar signal processing. Using AI and Deep Neural Networks techniques, Axon Pulse improves the classical radar and signal processing performance and enables enhanced detection, classification, resolution, and tracking capabilities. 

We seek a highly skilled Deep Learning Team Leader to join our unique team. As a Deep Learning Team Leader, you will be responsible for novel and innovative research and development activities focused mainly on radars and signal processing.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our research and development team on end-to-end development and implementation of Deep Learning algorithms.
• Conduct thorough literature surveys to stay updated with the latest advancements in the field.
• Define data collection and labeling strategies to ensure high-quality datasets for training and evaluation.
• Build efficient pipelines for data labeling, ensuring accuracy and scalability.
• Train Deep Learning models using state-of-the-art techniques and frameworks.
• Perform performance analysis and evaluation of models, identifying areas for improvement.
• Prepare models for deployment, ensuring seamless integration into production systems.
• Work closely with researchers in the defense industry to address their specific needs and requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum of three years of experience with Radars and/or Signal Processing.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science is required. Advanced degrees in related fields are preferred.
• Vast knowledge of Radar signal processing chain.
• Experience with AI\ Deep Learning
• At least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader
• Excellent analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to approach problems with a systematic and logical mindset.
• Solid understanding of Deep Learning algorithms, architectures, and frameworks.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Programming skills in Python- Advantage
