Senior Product Manager (Data Driven)

We are seeking an enthusiastic, collaborative, and highly motivated Product Manager with a strong background in user experience to join our product team. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and welcomes new challenges every day.

What will they do:

• Product Strategy: Develop and own the product strategy and vision, aligning it with the company's long-term goals and market trends. Drive product innovation and identify opportunities for growth.
• Data Expertise: Leverage your background as a Data expert to provide data feature development leadership and collaborate effectively with engineering, data scientists, and data analyst teams. Work with the teams to develop data-oriented features using ML models and other data tools.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and sales, to guide the product lifecycle from concept to launch. Foster a collaborative environment.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
• Product Optimization: Continuously monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on features. Make data-backed decisions to enhance the user experience and product functionality.

Requirements:

• 10 Years of Product Management Experience from data-oriented companies.
• A deep understanding of software development processes and technologies.
• Strategic Thinker: Proven ability to develop and execute product strategies that drive business growth. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• BSc degree in Computer Science or related technical equivalent
• Experience in strategic product thinking with the ability to understand product goals, identify opportunities, and make decisions based on the impact on people and the company.
• Excellent communication skills. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and articulate a compelling product vision.
