A well based fintech company is seeking a passionate and experienced Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist who will be responsible for improving website and mobile app conversion rates across marketing channels, with a focus on enhancing ROI.
As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with various departments to enhance the customer acquisition journey and achieve company goals, utilizing your expertise in testing strategies (A/B & MVT), data analysis, and user experience optimization to deliver exceptional results aligned with our brand strategy.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate across departments to manage key conversion points in the marketing funnel and map out major customer acquisition milestones.
- Utilize A/B and multivariate testing to drive conversion and optimization efforts, enhancing conversion rates.
- Plan, prioritize, and develop testing plans to optimize marketing's conversion paths in various channels.
- Enhance website elements, including landing pages, templates, CTAs, and lead-generating forms, to increase conversions.
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis using tools like Google Analytics and Dynamic Yield to identify areas for improvement and weaknesses.
- Continuously develop comprehensive testing plans and evaluate outcomes of recent initiatives.
- Monitor and report on performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years CRO specific experience, with track record of increasing conversion, end-to-end planning and execution
- Strong analytical & technical skills. Ability to analyse reports, recognize trends and recommend further actions
- Extensive experience running Tests – A/B Tests, MVT, Split URL
- Deep understanding of Google Analytics (A must- preferably GA4) & Google Tag Manager
- Experience with A/B testing tools such as DY/Optimizely/Google Optimize a must!
- Constantly seeking out ways to become more efficient and improve results.
- Strong level of English - Must
- DY experience – strong advantage
- Wordpress/HTML/CSS knowledge – an advantage
- BA relevant degree – advantage
