Technological Research Team Lead

Job description:

• We are looking for a Team lead to run a group of Technological and Intelligence Researchers in the organizational technological strategic department
• The team plays a crucial role in overseeing and guiding the R&D of innovative future technologies based on mapping and analyzing inside impact: threats and opportunities
• The findings and insights will be converted into recommendations for the organization's portfolio in order to shape the preparedness of the organization for emerging technologies

Requirements:

• Passion for innovation and technology
• Proven strong leadership abilities & and experience
• Experience in technological research - during IDF service is an advantage
• High capability of self-learning (autodidact)
• A team player with a positive attitude and high - motivation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent ability to work cross-functionality
• Strong ability to drive colleagues without authority
• Management experience- at least 2 years, at least 3 employees
