We are seeking a Senior Economist with expertise in one or more of the following areas:

**Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)**

- Lead the company's business planning (forecasts, multi-year plans, budget).

- Analyze financial data and prepare reports and presentations for management and the board on various topics (business results, optimization, salaries, etc.).

- Budgetary control over company expenses.

- Develop and implement technological tools to support financial management within the company.

**Sales and Revenue Analysis**

- Support the Sales department, including:

- Compiling data and conducting analysis for customer negotiations.

- Analyzing income aspects including discounts, launches, refunds, profitability, and more.

- Collaborating in monthly financial closing processes.

**Budgeting and Feasibility Checks**

- Support the Dairy Division (Marketing and R&D), including:

- Monitoring expenses and budgetary control, as well as formulating optimization proposals.

- Conducting economic assessments for projects.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Economics.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in one or more of the aforementioned fields.

- Strong data integration and reporting skills from various units and information systems.

- Experience with ERP, BI systems, and large databases is a significant advantage.

- Excellent presentation skills.
