Software Engineering Team Lead

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Have a track record of at least 5 years of hands-on experience in both software development and team leadership.

Demonstrate expertise in full-stack development, encompassing web-based GUIs, data visualization, back-end logic, inter process communication, and database management, with a minimum of 5 years of practical experience in each.

Confirmed experience in managing high-scale, complex, and system-wide applications is a strong plus.

Confirmed experience in command-and-control systems or other technology-driven operation centers is a plus.

Have proven experience with programming languages: JavaScript, React, Node.js, and Python.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with key stakeholders.

Adaptability and readiness to work in a demanding and flexible environment.

Experience working with Agile development methodologies.

Proficiency in English
