What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a talented and experienced UX/UI Web Designer to join our team and help us create the next version of our website that will be modern, engaging, and informative.

We’re in search of someone who’s passionate about impactful marketing and design. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team, in a scaling global company, and really make an impact on the design of the world of work.

This position will report to the Creative Director

What Will You Do

• Design cutting-edge web pages with user experience interactions that drive conversion, revenue, and customer engagement.
• Help advance our web design system and take part in creating the next generation of the HiBob website.
• Execute a full design cycle starting with collecting inspiration through wireframing, prototyping and finally creating a superb UI mockup before delivering to development.
• Balance Corporate objectives and user-design aspirations while continually striving to improve the entire customer experience.
• Team up with product designers, product managers, business partners, content, and marketing experts to drive demand generation.
• You’ll be part of the Marketing Team and work closely with Dev/MOPS team, marketing managers, marketing researchers, and content strategists to bring the right message at the right time to the right user.
• Ownership of design briefs from the planning until going live.
  
  

• Minimum 5-7+ years of professional experience in web/marketing design.
• A portfolio/examples of relevant design work is required.
• Proficient with web design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
• Ability to create designs that enhance the overall user experience, familiarity with user-centered design principles, Experience with responsive design principles.
• Experience with SEO best practices.
• Experience in conducting user research and incorporating feedback into designs.
• Understanding of marketing principles and strategies and the ability to align design elements with marketing goals and target audience.
• Organized and can handle many tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and ability to learn new tools in a fast-growing environment and a passion for digital platforms.
• Great people skills and the ability to talk about your work/process with a team, comfort with challenging personal opinions.
• Previous experience working with B2B Marketing design teams.
• B.Des from a leading academy is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English is a must.
• Proficiency in animation tools such as CSS3, JavaScript and Lotti or/and softwares as Adobe Animate, AE is an advantage.
• Illustration skills - a plus.
