PPC and Social Media Specialist

Real Time Group, a Software Solutions company, is looking for a skilled PPC and Social Media Specialist with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns and creating compelling content across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

·       PPC Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Ads.

·       Social Media Strategy: Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

·       Content Creation: Create engaging, relevant, and brand-aligned content for all social media platforms.

·       Analytics and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance using data and metrics to report on results and make data-driven decisions for optimization.

·       Budget Management: Manage budgets for PPC and social media campaigns effectively.

·       Market Research: Stay updated with the latest trends in digital advertising and social media to implement innovative strategies.

·       Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to align social media and PPC strategies with overall marketing goals.

Requirements:

·       Certification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

·       3-5 years of experience in PPC and social media management.

·       In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram, and TikTok.

·       Experience in work with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.

·       Strong skills in content creation and digital storytelling.

·       Proficient in using analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance.

·       Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

·       Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

·       Experience in work with Zapier – a strong advantage.

·       Experience in working with tech companies – a strong advantage.

·       Experience in working with educational services – a strong advantage.
