Compliance and Data Specialist JB-201

PwC Israel is seeking experienced Compliance and Data Specialist

Compliance office role:

• Member of the Compliance Team and responsible for the execution of compliance policies and procedures.
• Perform Monitoring activities to ensure compliance with firms' Standards, Policies and Procedures
• Communicate on compliance issues on a day-to-day basis with partners and staff, and Management Team
• Responsible for overall assistance to functional leaders in the firm on compliance related issues
• Provide required training sessions

Data office role:

• Manage and oversee the policies and processes related to Data management and flow
• Oversees the collection, management, and storage of data across the firm.
• Defines, manages, and controls data management policies, controls, and standards. Works collaboratively with business units across the firm to define data elements and reporting standards.
• Identifies emerging methods and technologies related to data/information management and analysis.
• Work and liaise with the firm’s CDO, firm’s Compliance leader and the Global network’s Chief Data Office team.

Requirements:

• Lawyer / Accountant (SOX experienced) – preferable
• Previous experience working on compliance/data role - preferable
• Native English Speaker - preferable
• Knowledgeable with Data Protection and Privacy processes and requirements - - preferable
• Project Management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with senior management and staff
• Attention to details, Well organized
• Ability to initiate, define and implement processes and procedures
• Fluent English
• Analytical skills and IT approach
• Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
• High-level logical ability, self-learning, articulate
