About The Role

We are looking for a Sales Operation Representative with a fluent Chinese, who is highly motivated to join our growing team.

As a Sales Operation Representative at Remitly, you will manage and accompany the sales operation process.

You Will

• Make calls to existing customers to maximize potential.
• Achieve monthly sales targets - convert cardholders to money remittances.
• Join the field team for activities.
• Provide answers by identifying problems, researching, and guiding the customer through the correct steps.
  
  

You Have

• Verbal & written communication skills in English & Chinese- mandatory.
• Driver’s license- mandatory.
• Availability to work during weekend (working days are Tuesday – Saturday).
• Experience making sales calls - an advantage.
• Proficient in all MS Office products.
• Experience in the Payments and Banking industry – an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
