Operations Manager

**Job Description**:

The Operation Manager at MASSIVIt 3D is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of various operational functions within the company. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Operation Manager will play a crucial role in optimizing processes, improving productivity, and maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction. The role encompasses the following key areas:

**1. Supply Chain Management**:

- Develop and execute strategies for procurement, inventory management, and logistics to ensure a streamlined and cost-effective supply chain.

- Establish relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and agreements.

- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance to identify areas for improvement.

**2. Manufacturing Plant Oversight**:

- Lead the manufacturing team to meet production targets while maintaining quality standards.

- Implement best practices for lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.

**3. Customer Support**:

- Oversee the customer support team to provide timely and effective assistance to customers.

- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.

- Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints.

**4. IT Management**:

- Manage the IT infrastructure and systems to support the company's operations.

- Collaborate with IT professionals to implement software and hardware solutions that enhance efficiency and security.

- Ensure data integrity and cybersecurity measures are in place.

**5. Day-to-Day Operations**:

- Maintain smooth day-to-day operations across all departments.

- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.

- Monitor key performance indicators and report to the CEO on operational performance.

**6. Team Leadership**:

- Recruit, train, and mentor departmental managers and staff.

- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the operations team.

- Set performance goals and conduct regular performance evaluations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Proven experience in operations management roles, preferably in a manufacturing or technology-oriented company.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Familiarity with supply chain management software and IT systems.

- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies.

- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
