Engineering Project Manager Director

We are looking for an Engineering Program Manager (EPM) Director to join our AV Program Management team who shares our passion for tackling complexity head-on and driving a variety of business-critical projects. As an EPM Director, you will play a key role in the implementation of the Product Group vision within large-scale cross-functional projects that span the organization.

What will your job look like ?

• Lead a team of talented engineering project managers team leads to ensure high performance project execution and success, meeting timelines and customer expectations
• Lead and own the development and integration effort of various customer projects, specifically for premium driver assistance and autonomous vehicles solutions. You will be needed both broad and deep.
• Drive innovative process and tech improvements to enhance engineer efficiency and address customer needs at Mobileye, collaborating with internal teams and customers.
• Manage the development and implementation process of cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products.
• Monitor the projects from initiation through delivery, organizing the inter-departmental activities to ensure success in completion and delivery.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree- an advantage
• At least 4 years of experience in managing/leading software development teams
• Experience in software Product/Project management
• Customer facing experience
• Fluent English and Hebrew
