Lead Software Engineer

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our core team at Clearitty.

As our first software engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping the technology and infrastructure of our innovative products. You'll need to be an agile individual with a passion for problem-solving, capable of handling both frontend and backend development and have a strong understanding of DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain both frontend and backend, create user-friendly interfaces and robust server-side logic.

* Design, implement, and maintain the cloud infrastructure (AWS) to ensure scalability, security, and high availability. Build the infrastructure from the ground up

* Actively participate in product discussions with the core team, offer insights, and provide technical recommendations

* Solve technical challenges and provide innovative solutions to complex problems. Be a proactive problem solver and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality software.

Qualifications

* At least 5 years as a software engineer for B2B or B2C products

* Proven experience in both frontend and backend development.

* Strong background in JavaScript and relevant frameworks/libraries (at least 3 years).

* Experience with cloud infrastructure platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.

* Prior involvement in a core team at a startup is a significant advantage.

* Willingness to take on new challenges and work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about technical challenges.

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
