Project Manager

InZiv was founded in 2018 to address the critical quality assurance needs facing today’s most advanced display manufacturers, by developing highly specialized inspection equipment using proprietary nanoscale optics and metrology. The company’s portfolio extends to microLED, QLED and OLED technologies with the goal of providing state of the art tools for improving the manufacturing process, lowering production costs, and enabling greater access to the use of these displays by all consumers.

We keep growing (!) and seeking our first Project Manager to join our ranks and be accountable for a highly complex innovative project deliverable.

In this position, the successful candidate will need to orchestrate many moving parts, identify risks, communicate them to all relevant stakeholders and company’s management, offer and implement mitigation plans, monitor the budget – all while meeting deadlines. This is not only “monitoring the gantt and send reminders” position.

To succeed, you should be someone who loves being hands-on, love logistics, be an out of the box thinker and doer. A real team player, able to push others in a matrix org and be there for your teammates whenever they need your help.

Responsibilities

• Translate goals and requirements to actionable working plans.
• Manage, orchestrate, and communicate with both local and global internal and external resources, suppliers, and subcontractors in various disciplines and ensure sync between them to meet project timelines.
• Lead all relevant activities – Product, Logistics, R&D, Engineering.
• Forecast dependencies, identify bottle necks in critical paths develop mitigation plans within a pre-defined budget.
• Analyze and communicate project status.
• Develop, improve and implement project management policies and processes.

Requirements – Must

• At least 5 years of experience as PM in Hardware companies.
• At least 10 years of overall experience with Engineering / Product / Tech Support background in HW companies.
• Strong project management skills, including experience with project planning (MS Project), budgeting and risk management.
• B.Sc. in engineering or science field.
• Fluent English.
• Experience in setting up processes and work plans from scratch.
• Organized, details oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks & activities.
• Can-do approach with a strong sense of ownership.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, ability to foster collaborative relationships among team members, stakeholders, and clients.
