Job Description:
· Implementation and training of processes and systems for system users.
· First-line support for handling system issues, problems, etc., for system users.
· Monitoring system issues and providing assistance in resolving them.
· Creating instructional materials.
· Collaborating with internal customers (system users) and development and infrastructure teams.
Requirements:
· Demonstrated experience of at least two years.
· Proficiency in Excel: functions, formulas, and various Excel features - mandatory.
· Operational experience with systems in the financial market field is an advantage.
· Familiarity with databases - SQL - is an advantage.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Experience in the field of testing.
