Customer Manager

The nature of the role is operational and service-oriented for foreign customers and various agents.

Role Content:

• Working with foreign customers and various external and internal interfaces such as logistics, production planning (תפ"י), and distributors.
• Managing orders from the moment of receipt until the delivery of the goods to the customer's location.
• Providing responses to various customer inquiries regarding inventory, order status, changes, etc.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role in an industrial manufacturing company is mandatory.
• Experience in inventory management for customers and logistics planning (תפ"י) is required.
• Demonstrated ability and experience in working collaboratively with multiple interfaces.
• Time management skills and task prioritization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Priority software (or another ERP software).
• Very high-level proficiency in the English language (both spoken and written).
