Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Engineer located in Haifa District, Israel. The Customer Support Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, technical support, field service, and maintaining communication with customers to provide exceptional support in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Customer Support and Technical Support skills
• Troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal with experience of working with customers in the field of datacenter infrastructure/networking/compute/AI.
• Experience in field service
• Good organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Experience with Linux operating systems
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience with PCIe or CXL is a plus
