About the role:

The HRIS Expert is a key member of the Human Resources team responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the HRIS processes. This role develops data-driven insights to predict and solve business challenges across the company related to all areas of human resources As a HRIS Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our professional team, in shaping and find creative solutions to develop the organization's strategies and efficiency processes.

Responsibilities:

• Consulting with the HR teams and other departments to determine HRIS needs and support the implementation of company-wide HR processes.
• Project management, seeing a bigger picture and being clear in what is possible in what timelines is important.
• Drive standardization, simplification, automation, and efficiency gains within our HR processes
• Serves as functional technical support for projects; assists in gathering requirements, writing business process procedures, and working on system integrations.
• Working with BIG data, BI and excel in several contexts of projects and processes.
• Quickly learn new technologies, think out-of-the-box to find creative solutions, and communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Provide training and technical support.
• Keeping track of technological advancements and trends in the field HRIS.

What we are looking for:

• at least 4 years relevant HRIS experience, and have worked in an international organization across multiple geographies.
• strong knowledge in Office environment tools and advanced level of Excel
• Growth and learning mindset; You have the ability and eagerness to learn new systems and processes quickly and in-depth.
• Strong and highly organized project management skills, understanding the most common methodologies and able to work to tight deadlines and good prioritization.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex and technical issues to diverse audiences in an easily understood, assertive, and actionable manner.
• Ability to work effectively with a culturally diverse and global population.
• Analytical skills, understanding the problem by interpreting the data; using your insights to translate this into the next step in optimizing the services and anticipating future needs.
