Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

- Assisting in managing the company's banking operations, including financial data accounting and analysis.

- Supporting the development and implementation of cash flow management and financial resource optimization strategies.

- Assisting with processing and executing payments in accordance with budgetary constraints.

- Assisting in monitoring and analyzing current bank accounts, ensuring their efficient use.

- Learning how to manage relationships with banks and external financial partners.

- Participating in the development and implementation of a risk minimization strategy in banking operations.

- Assisting with the maintenance and improvement of processes for accounting and reporting on banking operations.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field, or final term towards degree completion.

- Basic understanding of banking products, payment systems, and relevant legislation.

- Strong desire to learn and grow in the field of treasury and banking operations management.

- Ability to work in a team and willingness to take on new challenges.

- Interest in data analysis and financial tools.

- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
