Projects&Development Manager

The international makeup brand @Natasha Denona is looking for a Projects&Development Manager.

Full-time position in Tel Aviv.

Day to day:

- Plan, organize, and oversee multiple product development projects simultaneously, ensuring they meet budget, timeline, and quality objectives.

- Set clear project goals, milestones, and deliverables, and allocate resources effectively.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Account managers, Supply chain, Marketing, Creatives.

- Ensure that all cosmetic products meet legal and regulatory requirements, including FDA, EU, and other global standards.

- Collaborate with regulatory affairs professionals to navigate the complex landscape of cosmetic regulations.

- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

- Collaborate with external partners, such as suppliers, contract manufacturers.

- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and sales data to make data-driven decisions on product development strategies.

- Communicate R&D progress and results to senior management and other relevant departments.

Qualifications:

- Fluent English.

- A Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant field, such as Chemistry, Cosmetology, or a related discipline.

- Profound knowledge of office software- experience working with Excel/ Monday and SAP.

- Strong organizational skills.

- Proven experience in R&D, product development, or innovation within the cosmetics or beauty industry.

- A passion for beauty and cosmetics - Advantage.
