Deputy General Manager

One of the most advanced, technological, and leading food factories in the north is seeking a deputy general manager.

Your role as a deputy will allow you to make a significant impact on the company's operations and success. In this position, you'll be able to demonstrate your leadership skills and drive the factory toward success

Responsibilities:

• Managing horizontal and multi-interface processes and projects in coordination with the general manager.
• Control and management of operational indicators.
• A factory-level view of resource management and optimization.
• Planning and controlling the factory's production resources while synchronizing the various operating units is part of the responsibilities of the PP&C activity.
• Examining ways to improve efficiency and reduce operating costs.
• Filling the position of the factory general manager in his absence.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering/ food technology/economics and management/ industry and management (mandatory).
• Experience of at least 7 years in management-level positions and as a board member.
• At least 3 years of managerial experience in production and operation within the food or pharmaceutical manufacturing sector (mandatory).
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record in leading and managing teams.
• Highly motivated to work in a dynamic environment, embracing challenges and multitasking effectively.
• Experience managing a business unit (P&L), including responsibility for budget management - an advantage.
• Familiarity with operational excellence methodologies (LEAN) - an advantage.
• Experience in project management - an advantage.
