Description:

A biotech company, backed by a prominent Venture Capital group, developing novel synthetic vectors for gene and cell therapy applications, is looking for a Laboratory Technician.

Location: Rehovot, Israel

Responsibilities:

• Perform experiments that involve preparation and physiochemical characterization of nanoparticle formulations.
• Work both independently and as part of a collaborative team to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Record, analyze and present experimental data in a structured manner to support progress monitoring and decision making.
• Maintain process and analytical equipment as needed.
• Work cross-functionally with other groups.

Requirements:

• MSc or BSc with relevant industry experience in Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Engineering and/ or related fields.
• Industry experience - 2 years minimum.
• Proven ability to work with a high level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to details.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, can-do attitude, mission driven with troubleshooting mindset.
• Outstanding teamwork, able to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced and a fast-growing environment.
• Flexible to shifting priorities and variable workloads.
