Who We Are:

SightBit is a global innovation startup - We are developing an AI water monitoring system that prevents drowning and saves lives by alerting against dangers in the water. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead business development strategy for sustained growth and revenue.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and client relationships.
• Manage and expand the sales pipeline, nurturing high-value relationships.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams for alignment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
• leadership experience in business development and sales.
• Strong market understanding, exceptional communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders. 
• Perfect English skills in writing and speaking. 
• Flexible mindset, quick on your feet, agile, willing to work in a dynamic startup environment. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experienced in building strong partnerships, maintaining existing relationships, and identifying the best potential collaborators. 
• Experienced in grant writing and submission. 
• Experienced in presentations to various audiences. 
• Fast learner, multi-tasker, dynamic thinker, highly motivated.
