Senior Communications Manager

An established company (in Rosh Ha'ayin) in the field of supply, interaction,

IT, cyber and information security is recruiting an especially talented

communication manager to manage a team.

The company was founded in 1999 and provides most of its services to

government offices.

A stable company, with about 40 employees, a family atmosphere and

cohesive teams

Areas of Responsibility:

Manage of a team of 5-10 IT personnel.

Responsibility for the management and operation of the company's IT systems.

Responsibility for communication, applications, cyber security and

infrastructure, including the company policies and procedures within the IT

department.

Responsibility for the development, integration and management of

information technology systems, including upgrades and management of

various projects

Responsibility for the support, maintenance and management of the IT

equipment of all company employees.

Ongoing responsibility for employee training

Recruitment and absorption of new employees

Required skills:

At least 5 years of experience in team management

At least 5 years of experience in the field of communication and information

security - mandatory. Knowledge of one of the above systems / Palo-Alto /

Checkpoint / Fortinet - mandatory.

Knowledge of SSL-VPN, VPN technologies.

Communication experience: routing & switching.

A commitment to developing and deepening knowledge in cloud systems,

leading security solutions, the certification of the best manufacturers.

Providing service and support for projects.

Planning and finding innovative solutions in the field of IT & Network.

Knowledge of installing VMware, Hyper-V servers and virtual environments.

Experience with: VLANs / Link Aggregation / Trunks – LAN / WAN Routing /

IPVPN.

Construction and operation of Access and NAT level constitution.

Ability to plan and execute complex projects - an advantage.

Work with local authorities.

Ability to solve problems independently and efficiently.

High service orientation and ability to work in a team.

Familiarity with additional virtualization environments - an advantage
