Summary:

We are seeking a highly qualified Project Manager to join our client's team for a significant infrastructure project in Africa (Ivory Coast). The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing this project, working in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee infrastructure projects in Africa (Ivory Coast).
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with contractors and manage contracts effectively.
• Lead negotiations with contractors abroad.
• Read and analyze contracts and specifications.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure project schedules are met and work within budget constraints.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in French, English, and Hebrew.
• Education in practical engineering, water/environment/agriculture engineering, or civil engineering.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in infrastructure project management in Africa.
• Proficiency in using MS-Project for project management.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage clients strategically.
• Experience in country management in the field of water infrastructure in Africa.
• Experience managing contractors, contracts, budgets, and schedules.
• Ability to work under high-pressure conditions and meet deadlines.
