IT Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Team Lead to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing IT infrastructure, leading a team of IT professionals, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. The candidate should possess expertise in Microsoft AD, Azure AD, Vmware, Citrix, networking, firewall (preferably Fortigate), budget management, and project management.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment, and ensuring the team meets performance goals and adheres to company policies and procedures
• Oversee the administration of Microsoft AD and Azure AD environments
• Manage Vmware and Citrix infrastructure to optimize performance and user experience
• Maintain and enhance network infrastructure to ensure reliability and security
• Implement and manage firewall solutions, with a preference for expertise in Fortigate
• Monitor and respond to security incidents, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of company data
• Develop and manage the IT department budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial goals
• Lead IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years’ experience in a leadership role within an IT environment
• 5+ years’ experience in IT / System Admin position
• Proficiency in Microsoft AD and Azure AD administration
• Experience with Vmware and Citrix virtualization technologies
• In-depth knowledge of networking principles and practices
• Familiarity with Fortigate firewall solutions
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Very high level of English (written, spoken)

• VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
• Citrix Certified Associate – Virtualization (CCA-V)
• Fortinet Network Security Expert (NSE)
• PowerShell experience
