The Guesty Growth marketing team is on the hunt for a Marketing Analyst.

Your role will be pivotal within our fast-paced growth team. You will directly influence departmental decisions by transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights.
You'll also spearhead the evolution of our data collection and tracking methodologies, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve in our analysis capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Become the go-to expert on all things numbers-related: monitor, analyze, and stay ahead of departmental KPIs.
- Conduct in-depth data analyzes to evaluate performance and traffic quality, pinpointing areas for potential growth.
- Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive dashboards, enabling stakeholders to track their KPIs effectively.
- Create and manage periodic reports, detailing comprehensive analytics for internal and external stakeholders.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams across various domains, providing data analysis and responding to inquiries related to data insights.
- Support growth by utilizing real-time measurements and forecasting models to boost optimization and drive new initiatives.
- Play a key role in conversion rate optimization efforts, coordinating and analyzing A/B tests to drive enhancements in overall performance.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an analytical role within a tech-forward environment, preferably within the marketing team.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, marketing automation tools, Looker studio, Google Analytics, and similar tools.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, BigQuery, and Google Tag Manager is a plus.
- Strong SQL skills are required.
- Experience with conducting and analyzing A/B tests.
- Experience working with BI developers and data scientists.
- Experience working with SEO and PPC stakeholders.
- Solid expertise in marketing analytics, committed to data-driven strategies, with experience in both B2B and B2C contexts preferred.
- Passion for incorporating generative AI tools into automations and processes.
- Proficient in English, both in written and verbal communication.
- Team-first mentality complemented by exceptional communication capabilities.
- Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and deliver quality work under tight deadlines.
- Professional agility and willingness to learn.
