Senior Brand Designer

Our team is growing and we are searching for a Senior Brand designer to join us. We are looking for a creative and eager designer with strong Brand and Web Design skills to tell the story of AI21’s products through visually compelling brand materials, websites, digital ads, landing pages, social assets and more.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Take part in our creative strategy, ideate and participate in marketing and brand decisions
• Be a key contributor to the development of the company’s brand, tone of voice, and look & feel.
• Implement brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing projects and materials
• Contribute to the development of our marketing websites and web design system all across our products.
• Innovate continually within a design team to build new or updated marketing campaigns that engage our customers
• Creating marketing assets and visual materials across the company's products.
• Contribute to growth efforts by collaborating with marketing and product teams to produce successful campaigns, landing pages, blog posts, newsletters, social media ads etc. and analyze their creative performance
• Convert product capabilities into creative marketing assets, working on a wide range of projects across multiple teams
  
  

Requirements:

• A strong creative portfolio showcasing examples of brand design, web design, digital marketing and more
• 4+ years of experience working within a creative agency/ hi- tech in-house design team.
• Academic background in graphic design / visual communication or a related field.
• Outstanding attention to detail and strong visual & UI/UX skills.
• An excellent understanding of design systems and hierarchy of design information.
• Ability to produce high-quality deliverables within a fast-paced startup environment, prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to clearly articulate your design decisions
• Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and High level of written and verbal English proficiency
• Motion design skills, basic dev skills and webflow experience - advantage
