Controp is a world leader in cutting edge electro-optical payloads for the military and paramilitary market. Our systems incorporate advanced machine vision and AI algorithms for real time video processing and analytics.

We are expanding our AI capabilities and are looking for team players to join our AI group.

Job description

• Take full ownership of AI and algorithm products and manage the entire lifecycle, from conception to execution. Shape the vision and roadmap of the products you own.

• Collaborate with the clients, R&D, Data Science, business, and operational teams across the organization, to drive high-quality, on-time releases.

• Write specifications to meet performance and business requirements and drive the product development schedule from design to release in an agile environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related engineering field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 6+ years of experience with managing ML&CV projects.

• Proven track record with releasing successful products to the market.

• Experience with image ML Models.

• Excellent English, both oral and written.

• A strong understanding of all aspects of the product development lifecycle, in the industry of image ML&CV.

• Strong leadership qualities, team player.
