Job description:

Definition and building V&V Lab from scratch, continuous maintenance and improvement of existing test equipment, implementation of new HW-based complicated setups to meet testing requirements.

Developing new mechanical jigs, and reworking Arad products for testing adjustment (wiring, soldering, etc.)

Taking part in customer failure research, building special setups for simulating customer environment and failure reproduction

Lead NPI validation activities as a V&V team representative

Requirements:

Requirements:

• Practical Engineers or above in Electronics Engineering
• Proven Experience in similar roles and responsibilities, preferably from Semiconductor or the Defense Industry
• Handyman, Initiative, ability to operate activities between various company departments (Firmware, HW, Mechanics)
• Programming/Scripting background - an advantage
