With a track record of successful campaigns, digital and immersive experiences, large-scale exhibitions and events, we are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team.
We are looking for a people person, attentive listener, outstanding presenter and solution-oriented Senior Account Manager to be responsible for multiple client accounts.
You'll maintain an in-depth understanding of our business and offerings, develop and implement strategies to grow accounts, manage and strengthen client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and coordinate with internal teams. At Tamooz, you'll be a key member of the account managers team, which the junior team members can turn to for guidance and support.
Beyond your personal client and project management, you'll be involved in:
Strategy Development - Contribute to agency-wide strategic planning, ensuring client accounts are aligned with agency objectives.
Upsell Opportunities - Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional services to clients.
Team Leadership - Assist Account Managers in developing their skills and achieving their goals.
Outstanding senior account managers must have strong communication, customer service, and account management skills, as well as be highly organized and proficient at finding solutions.
Day-to-day responsibilities
- End-to-end full project management, including brief creation, budgets, and timeline management.
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to manage and grow accounts.
- Retaining clients and building strong, trusting relationships.
- Understanding client needs and identifying new business opportunities within your portfolio.
- Providing superior customer service and client satisfaction.
- Communicating and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions.
- Identifying improvement opportunities and proposing tools and processes.
Requirements
- English at MT level, both spoken and written
- Strong presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Experience managing large account portfolios.
- Strong customer service and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized and solution-oriented.
- Speaking an additional language is a key benefit! (French / German / Spanish etc.)
