Company Description
You will play an integral role in a leading cloud security research team and your expertise will be relied upon by the team and by customers worldwide.
You will play an integral role in shaping and enhancing Prisma Cloud Identity Security detections by designing, building, and maintaining its policies, investigating and analyzing accuracy-related customer escalations, and designing and building new security mechanisms and strategies while collaborating with the engineering and product teams.
You will conduct thought leadership Identity and Access Management (IAM) research such as analyzing the latest IAM security risks, threats and breaches while advising customers, researching new zero days and attack vectors related to IAM and analyzing security trends while accessing Unit 42 data sources. You will present your work in the form of blog posts and presentations at international conferences.
You will become an expert in Cloud Service Providers such as Google Cloud, AWS and Azure, in IAM and the identity management world, and in the cloud-native ecosystem, including Docker, Kubernetes and similar technologies.
Job Description
Your Impact
- Design, build, and maintain security policies for Prisma Cloud Identity Security capabilities while collaborating with engineering and product teams.
- Investigate and analyze customer escalations accuracy issues and improve identity policies accuracy.
- Analyze vulnerabilities and breaches related to IAM and convert them into practical identity policies and blog posts.
- Conduct thought leadership IAM-related research and present it in blog posts as well as at international conferences.
- Support product efforts by researching new ways to protect our customers
Your Experience
- At least 5 years or more of experience in a security role.
- Knowledge and experience with programming languages.
- Be comfortable working independently and efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Experience with the cloud native ecosystem, including experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with various cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Bonus: Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts, principles, and best practices across different cloud platforms.
- Bonus: Experience in vulnerability research.
