Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Google Ads, Outbrain, Taboola, Zemanta, Bing, DV360, etc.
• Campaign Innovation: Constantly thinking of creative and innovative ways to improve campaigns, staying ahead of industry trends and adapting strategies accordingly.
• Self-Driven Approach: Take initiative, set your own tasks, and explore new avenues to enhance campaign performance and outcomes.
• Budget Optimization: Manage high budgets effectively, ensuring creative solutions to maximize ROI.
• A/B Testing: Implement A/B tests to discover new strategies and creatives that work best.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing campaign management, with a focus on Facebook, Google Ads, Outbrain, Taboola, Zemanta.
• Demonstrated experience in managing high budgets effectively.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to independently set tasks and adapt campaigns to changing circumstances.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for thinking ahead and staying ahead of the competition.
• A/B testing and creative content generation expertise.
• Exceptional multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
