Role Overview: As a Senior AI Developer at Shifters AI Robotics, you will spearhead the development and integration of advanced AI technologies, including Deep Reinforcement Learning (DRL), Generative AI (GenAI), and Large Language Models (LLMs), into our cutting-edge robotic systems. You will lead projects that define the next generation of robotics, making a profound impact on the future of automated solutions in dangerous and life-saving scenarios.

Responsibilities:

• Innovate and Lead: Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI algorithms tailored for robotic applications, pushing the boundaries of what's possible in robotics.
• Collaborate and Integrate: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI with hardware and software components, ensuring robust and efficient robotic systems.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, AI, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in AI development, with a strong portfolio of successful projects demonstrating practical implementations of DRL, LLMs, and GenAI.
• Technical Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills and proficiency in multiple programming languages, with a strong understanding of AI and machine learning frameworks.
• Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work in multidisciplinary settings, effectively collaborating with diverse teams to achieve common goals.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to a broad audience.
• Specialized Experience: Previous experience in developing and implementing DRL, LLM, and GenAI technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Industry Experience: Direct experience in AI and robotics, particularly in applications related to hazardous environments or national security sectors.
• Domain Expertise: Previous work in high-stakes environments, such as the national security sector, emergency response, or similar fields, showcasing the ability to handle critical and sensitive applications.
