Your Story:

As an R&D Team Lead , you will lead our Video Serving and Monetization development team and drive the development and delivery of EX.CO’s video product offering. Manage and optimize a high-scale infrastructure with billions of daily transactions, own and lead end-to-end features and handle the entire development cycle - architecture, implementation, deployment, and monitoring.

Long story short, you will:

• Lead, from planning to execution, a product roadmap based on EX.CO’s vision and strategy.
• Own the design, execution, quality, and end-to-end delivery of highly scalable products managing 99.999 uptime infrastructures with billions of transactions every day
• Grow and develop a team, of talented and motivated frontend developers.

It will be awesome if you have:

• 6 + years of experience in Software Engineering
• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams
• In-depth knowledge and experience in product development, particularly in the monetization domain
• Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
• A business-driven mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth through innovative solutions
• Experience with cloud-based system building in a complex scale-oriented environment
• Experience in the Ad-tech industry
