Hands-on Team Leader
We are looking for a talented Team Lead who will also be an integral part of our development team—someone with a passion for coding, strong leadership capabilities, and a process-oriented mindset, to join us for mutual growth.

Responsibilities:
People Management & Leadership: Direct management, mentoring, and professional guidance of 3 developers. Allocating and leading development tasks, tracking timelines, driving the team toward success, and lead the recruitment of additional developers.
Code Development (Hands-on): Writing high-quality code and performing code reviews across both the frontend and backend (Server-side).
Processes & Regulatory Compliance: Defining, authoring, and implementing structured development procedures to ensure the team adheres to company quality standards and regulatory compliance (e.g., ISO, Penetration Testing/PT).

Job Requirements:
Core Experience & Leadership
Full Stack Web Development: At least 3 years of hands-on experience – Required.
Leadership & Management: Previous experience as a Team Lead, Project Lead, or Tech Lead, with a proven track record of leading a team of at least 3 developers, managing projects, and mentoring team members – Required.
Technical Skills
Client-Side Mastery: Full proficiency in Frontend technologies: JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, Bootstrap, CSS, SASS – Required.
Relational Databases (PostgreSQL): Deep core understanding of relational data modeling, schema design, and data structures – Required
OS Environment: Hands-on experience working in a Linux & MacOs environment – Required.
Version Control: Full proficiency and experience working with GIT – Required.
Backend Framework: Previous experience writing code in Ruby on Rails – Significant Advantage
Technical Writing: Proven ability to write technical documents, work procedures and system documentation – Required.
Soft Skills & Interpersonal Attributes
Communication & Language: High-level, exceptionally clear communication skills, with full English proficiency (both written and verbal) – Required.
Organization & Execution: Strong organizational skills, sharp attention to detail, and a proven ability to motivate, lead, and drive people forward.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal attributes and a collaborative mindset.
