Overview

Dynamic Yield by Mastercard is on the lookout for a VP Engineering Operations.

This position will play a Key in the R&D Organization. The VP Engineering Operations is responsible for all operations within the Engineering organization. The role is leading operations for the R&D, IT, and ops (production) departments. In addition, This role is in charge of all Mastercard integration tech aspects.

Role

• IT - Managing the IT team and making sure that all systems both personal and office wide are functioning properly and getting the proper support to make it happen.
• Program - Ensure that all Product and R&D processes are progressing optimally and making sure that the organization has clarity and insight into R&D progress.
• Operations - Run the team that monitors and ensures that the system is always online and running smoothly.
• In addition, a major part of the role is to drive and lead to a successful conclusion the various tech integration streams with Mastercard.
  
  

• Proven experience in managing multiple technical teams.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects with industry standard methodologies.
• Great People and communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in process improvement and optimization of organizational procedures for efficiency and productivity
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in large enterprise organizations is a plus.
