NLP Engineer

Dofinity, a dynamic and innovative software company based in Tel Aviv, is seeking a skilled and experienced NLP Engineer to join our team. As an NLP Engineer at Dofinity, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing natural language processing solutions to extract meaningful insights from textual data. If you have a strong background in software development, hands-on experience in NLP using Python, and a passion for solving complex language-related challenges, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement NLP models and algorithms to process and analyze textual data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design NLP solutions that address specific needs.
• Apply data science techniques to preprocess, analyze, and derive insights from large and complex datasets.
• Conduct data preprocessing, feature extraction, and model training to enhance the performance of NLP systems.
• Evaluate and fine-tune existing NLP models to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field of NLP and implement cutting-edge techniques and methodologies.
• Collaborate with software developers and data scientists to integrate NLP solutions into larger software systems.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of software development experience, with a strong focus on Python.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in developing NLP solutions using Python, including working with NLP libraries such as NLTK, spaCy, or Transformers.
• Experience in implementing NLP solutions in Hebrew.
• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of data science concepts and techniques.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with FastAPI, Django, and NodeJS.
• Customer-facing experience, showcasing exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques.
• Master's degree in a related field.
