Job Description

As a Shift Supervisor, your work will include ensuring manufacturing performance, volume, quality & compliance goals are met by utilizing efficient methods and maintaining appropriate staffing levels.

Your role:

• Effectively and efficiently managing the production of the daily/weekly targets meeting customer, quality and delivery expectations
• Assign targets for each station according to the weekly plan to be completed each shift and ensure targets are met
• Assess the ongoing performance of key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Prioritization and allocations according to need
• Control the performance using the dashboards
• Lead daily management routine
• Provide training, mentoring and professional development of production operations staff to improve and develop capabilities, Motivate, coach and develop a high performing manufacturing team that meets agreed objectives and delivers best practice results and operational success
• Reinforce a culture of continuous improvement to achieve process standardization, development and improvement
• Properly resolving problems and troubleshooting issues as they arise without the direction of management
• Manage certification process and skill matrix of all employees
• Implement and manage continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing principals by highlighting waste areas, adopting new technologies and implementing process improvements
• Ensure compliance with any relevant health, safety, regulatory and environment policies and procedures
  
  

• The ability to manage people & processes in matrix and changing environment
• English communication skills
  
  

• Practical Engineering degree
• Lean and problem-solving (Not technical) experience
• Experience Leading manufacturing team
