Joining Dream as a Solutions Architect means taking the lead in providing top-notch support to our esteemed customers. In this role, you will be responsible for showcasing, orchestrating Proof of Concept (PoC), implementing, and optimizing the Dream solution to ensure a smooth and safeguarded experience for our customers. As a Solutions Architect, you'll be deeply involved in all phases of customer engagement, from the initial meetings to presenting like a highly technical expert, ensuring that customer needs are met with the utmost expertise and precision. You will also play a crucial role in building trust with customers, establishing yourself as a reliable and dependable partner throughout their journey with Dream.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain close relationships with customers and potential customers to understand their specific needs, challenges, and objectives.
• Collaborate closely with internal Research and Development (R&D) and Product teams.
• Conduct live product demonstrations, lead and develop PoCs, and facilitate pre-deployment activities.
• Assume ownership of technical presentations and their corresponding technical documentation, ensuring their curation and management.
• Maintain an up-to-date, in-depth understanding of Dream's technical features.
• Employ critical thinking skills throughout the sales process, customer support, and troubleshooting.
• Extensive travel is required for this position.

Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles, with at least 1 year in a Solutions Architect position.
• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, threat landscapes, and AI capabilities.
• Fundamental understanding of networking concepts and technologies.
• Proven track record of taking ownership of complex initiatives and achieving successful outcomes.
• Proven experience working with executives.
• Strong proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical and technical stakeholders.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing cybersecurity landscapes and technologies, staying ahead of emerging threats.
• Inherently team-oriented with a mission-first mindset.
