AI Expert

• Research, develop, and implement state-of-the-art techniques in the field of Large Language Models (LLM) and Generative AI. This includes designing, training, fine-tuning and deploying AI models in order to meet our product objectives.
• Work closely with real-world data to perform experiments and research in the purpose of optimizing our solutions
• Suggest and explore innovative feature ideas & model improvements to enhance the value to our customers
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and generative models, and apply this knowledge in the company
• Collaborate within a dynamic and fast paced team to create and integrate AI technologies in our product

• 5+ years of experience as ML engineer with expert level knowledge of ML practices, techniques and state-of-art algorithms and methodologies
• Hands-on experience with LLMs: GPT / LLaMA / etc.
• Excellent Python coding skills
• Experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc. 
• Expertise with operationalizing, monitoring and scaling ML models and pipelines
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative mindset to address complex AI challenges
• Close collaboration with product and engineering to deliver solutions with complex requirements in a fast-paced team
