Lead Electrical Engineer

An international product company that develops, manufactures, and globally markets medical devices. Its products are widely used across various medical specialties such as cardiology, intensive care, vascular surgery, endoscopy, oncology, urology, and gynecology.

The role involves leading research teams, addressing troubleshooting, coordinating and overseeing project evaluations and costs, and more. In the country, they employ over 400 employees and have acquired two local medical companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in project teams to develop clear specifications, participate in design improvement efforts, and define timeline for electrical re-design and testing work.

• Lead Electrical Engineer Investigation together with System Eng and SW team.

Create electrical designs utilizing the departments’ standard development tools and procedures.

• Complete project deliverables on time and monitor project schedule and scope changes to assure team can meet delivery requirements.

• Coordinate, monitor, and document project designs, estimates, and costs.

• Lead project teams that include Quality Engineers, Regulatory Specialists, Field Service, and V&V Engineers in the risk management, design improvement, testing, and documentation of medical laser in compliance with worldwide medical device standards.

• Lead Sustain R&D Electrical team for EMC/Safety, Design and testing.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering

• 5 years of experience in

• Proven experience in team leadership

• Have Altium, PCAD, or OrCAD experience.
