Responsibilities
- Manage the procurement of raw materials, components, for the production and assembly lines, ensuring on-time delivery and supplier compliance.
- Support risk purchasing and long lead item procurement for buy and make items.
- Monitor purchase orders commitments and shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Escalate and manage supplier issues.
- Support other procurement activities and projects as needed.
- Provide services to multiple internal departments, including Planning and Control, NPI/Engineering, R&D, Marketing, Project Management, and Finance.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, especially in Industrial Engineering or Logistics.
- At least two years of experience in purchasing electronic components.
- Good English communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Proficient in ERP systems (preferred).
- Technical orientation.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Communication skills at all levels.
- Teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
