Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the procurement of raw materials, components, for the production and assembly lines, ensuring on-time delivery and supplier compliance.
• Support risk purchasing and long lead item procurement for buy and make items.
• Monitor purchase orders commitments and shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Escalate and manage supplier issues.
• Support other procurement activities and projects as needed.
• Provide services to multiple internal departments, including Planning and Control, NPI/Engineering, R&D, Marketing, Project Management, and Finance.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, especially in Industrial Engineering or Logistics.
• At least two years of experience in purchasing electronic components.
• Good English communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Proficient in ERP systems (preferred).
• Technical orientation.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Communication skills at all levels.
• Teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
