Junior Engineering Documentation Specialist

Open PN’s Processing: Receive, review, and process new PN’s on Priority Engineering change management.

ECR Processing: Receive, review, and ensure that all necessary documentation and approvals are obtained before transferring to EDM responsibility.

Interface Management: Oversee the interface between EDM & ECO platforms in our ERP system (Priority).

Daily work with our engineering team and EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services)

Data Management: Enter, update, and maintain ECO in the ERP system with meticulous attention to details. Regularly audit the data for accuracy and completeness.

Order Tracking: Monitor the status of ECO lifecycle, from ECR to ECO implementation, and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, purchasing, Digital and marketing teams, to ensure smooth ECO processing.

Requirements:

Practical engineer in industrial engineering/logistics or a fourth-year student who can commit to at least 85% position.

Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Comfortable working with ERP systems (experience with Priority ERP is a plus).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
