We’re looking for an experienced, organized, metrics-driven marketer to lead our regional and channel marketing efforts. As Field Marketing Manager you will create, coordinate, execute, report and analyze activities and events to increase awareness and demand generation in the main target countries.
The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, a creative soul and strong project management skills. The role requires a strong team player with a can-do attitude who is proactive, self-motivated, organized, and methodical.
This person will be a strong member of Panaya marketing team, but also involved with the regional sales teams to understand the needs of our most strategic customers.
Responsibilities:
- Create, deliver, and optimize regional marketing materials to ensure that messages are supportive of and consistent with marketing strategies.
- End to end responsibility for a key regional events: drive the development, planning, production and execution of event projects from proposal to delivery onsite.
- Deliver events on time, within budget, exceeding expectations.
- Manage supplier relationships - such as liaison with venues, event management agencies, AV company, designers, speakers, agencies etc. (negotiate pricing where needed).
- Manage/coordinate operational and administrative tasks such as finance related activities or closing contracts liaising with our legal department.
- Ensuring excellent customer service and quality delivery
- Maximize Panaya’s reach and presence at third party events through sponsorship execution and complimentary marketing campaign creation.
- Leverage, tailor, and localize corporate digital media strategies to scale market awareness and education.
- Work closely with partners on the development and management of collaborative marketing programs with defined outcomes.
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in a B2B field marketing and/or events management roles.
- Demonstrates end-to-end responsibility for an event (concept, production. Budget). Preferred - previous experience in a technology provider, expertise in events in the IT industry.
- Passion for events with knowledge of industry trends and latest innovations
- Strong team player, project and people manager - able to gain trust, respect and confidence quickly and effectively.
- Strong communicator with the ability to keep stakeholders informed
- Negotiation skills and demonstrates a strong commercial awareness to maximize performance.
- Proven Project Management skills showcasing organized and skilled management across multiple work streams.
- Results-oriented with the ability to think strategically and turn insights into initiatives.
- Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects that take place at the same time.
- Resourceful, reliable, and able to meet deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills balanced with both a creative and analytical focus.
- Adaptable, flexible, cool under pressure, and able to react to changing environments.
- High attention to detail
- Fluent English; other European languages – advantage
- Ability to travel (at least 10% as required)
